Through our Website, Users can securely store important documents, manage personal and legal records, share selected content with trusted individuals through role-based permissions, and schedule posthumous communications.

4. Eligibility

6. Subscription, Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to comply with the applicable billing cycles, fees, and terms described herein.

6.1 Subscription Options

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be subscribed to on either a monthly or annual basis, with annual subscriptions offered at a discounted rate.

6.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial. Upon expiration, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.3 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• •Yearly Subscriptions: Upon cancellation, you or your designated Ambassador may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term, processed at our sole discretion.
• •Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions, including partial-month usage, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.5 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our subscription pricing or features at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply from the start of your next billing cycle.

7. User Information and Confidentiality

As part of our Services, Users may submit highly sensitive and personal information. By submitting such information, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental orders, labour disputes, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or pandemics. During such events, our obligations shall be deemed suspended for the duration. We will use reasonable efforts to resume full performance as soon as practicable.

17. Dispute Resolution

You agree to make all reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through amicable discussions and good-faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within ninety (90) days, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurgaon, India. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

18. Waiver & Severability

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or power.
